Cloudbase Group provides garden maintenance services as described at the time of booking. The scope of work is agreed in advance and limited to the services specified.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas. Any hazards (e.g. hidden services, fragile features, pets) must be disclosed in advance.
Standard green waste removal is included where stated. Additional waste removal may incur extra charges, which will be agreed before work is completed.
Prices are agreed in advance. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. Late or non-payment may result in refusal of future services.
We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Work may be postponed or adjusted due to weather conditions or factors outside our control. Where possible, alternative arrangements will be offered.
Where consent has been provided, photographs may be taken for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
